Yingling Aviation Return Policy
Parts not accepted without an authorization
Yingling Aviation reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns
Discrepancies:
Yingling Aviation must be notified of any discrepancies within 3 days of receipt of our shipment. Written notification is required prior to our making an adjustment.
Warranty:
Yingling Aviation will process warranty on items sold by Yingling which is warrantable with our supplier. It will be the responsibility of our customer to have all parts for which warranty is being requested, returned to Yingling, freight prepaid. The following information must accompany the part for which warranty is being requested:
Warranty compensation is applied against the replacement part, not the defective part.
Returns:
(Yingling Aviation will follow the Cessna Return Policy)
Parts that may NOT be returned include, but are not limited to: hardware, manuals, all items under $25, all items specifically ordered or fabricated for a customer’s order, and any item modified, trimmed, painted or previously installed on an aircraft.
No returns after 90 days – NO exceptions
Non-discrepancy returns subject to a 20% restock fee, $20 minimum/$250 per line max.
Core Deposits – do NOT need an authorization
8130 tags must accompany all returns – NO exceptions.
A $50.00 Cessna Reprint Fee may apply for lost 8130 tags.
Cancellations:
Once an order has been submitted to Cessna, a restock fee may apply to cancel or change that order. All cancellations subject to Cessna approval.
Yingling Aviation will provide written proof of cancellation only. We will no longer give approval for verbal cancellations.
